There was no point in hanging around and waiting so we decided to let you have them now to set the stage while the work we begin on our fully produced album due at the beginning of 2016.. This treasure of an album showcases the versatility of Cheryl Lee’s breathy and luscious vocals from the sensual R&B tune « Kisses On My Neck » to the uptempo and uplifting ‘Thankful’.

Simon Phillips a vraiment le chic pour nous faire découvrir de nouvelles chanteuses à chacun de ses Soulful Session EP’s.

Cette-fois ci, c’est la charmante chanteuse Cheryl Lee qui officie sur ce mini album de 7 titres, pour la plupart Soulful.

Parmi les morceaux qui m’ont le plus emballé, je citerai Wait For Me:star:, Feel The Beat:star: (déjà sorti en 2014 sur un sampler de la WMC), le midtempo Kisses On My Neck pour sa superbe partie fretted, Relax & Breathe, une track au groove R&B et bien sûr Thankful avec un final acappella qui vous permettra d’apprécier la belle voix de Cheryl.

On attend avec impatience des remixes tirés de ce magnifique EP. Je vous avais d’ailleurs fait déjà découvrir en exclu celui de Feel The Beat par Ondagroove, lors de son interview pour Mix Collectors réalisée l’année dernière.
