Ferry Ultra is back with a new gem for the lovers of funk and soul. After the huge success of his Big Hit ”Why Did You Do It“ featuring the voice of legendary Ashely Slater, he’s continuing this soulful vibe on “Let Me Do My Thang“ with the great Gwen McCrae on the vocals.
While the original version is already a timeless classic with a lot of Motown attitude, Opolopo takes it to the clubs. Opolopo did a proper job on his remix with some dope brassy synths & skippy beats which help the fantastic vocal to shine even more!
As a bonus Ferry Ultra supplies us with a truly unique track with the name Jazzinezz

Le célèbre label allemand nous propose une nouvelle version de cette release de 2009, concoctée par l’incroyable Peter Major alias Opolopo.
Notre ami ajoute son incomparable touche boogie et funky à ce titre déjà très disco dans sa version originale.
L’ Opolopo Dub Remix est un plus pumpin’ avec des sons très triturés aux fx’s, avant de nous envoyer la partie vocale vers la troisième minute.
Ces deux versions vous feront assurément taper frénétiquement du pied.
